This blog is the diary of my month-long internship in Ghana, during which I will be meeting and finding out about various legal aid and human rights organisations.
The internship is sponsored and has been organised by the Commonwealth in England Barristers' Association (CEBA), a society which supports Commonwealth lawyers practising in England and other Commonwealth jurisdictions. I have just completed the Bar course and - pending exam results - will start pupillage in October 2012.
Over the next month I will be posting updates about the organisations I visit, the people I meet, and my experiences of the law and the legal aid system in Ghana. I would welcome your comments.
